An absolutely beautiful site in a peaceful, stunning location. Cleanliness of the property was superb. An amazingly relaxing family break - not easy to achieve with a three year old and a four year old.

Otter Falls is a very beautiful place. John was a very good host, he always had time for a chat and wave. Otter Falls is an ideal place to relax and recharge.

This was an ideally situated holiday for places of interest and the peace and quiet needed for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday, for myself, husband and children, aged 14 and 18.

Beautiful and thoughtfully laid out, Otter Falls was a really restful holiday located in amazing east Devon contryside. Dog friendly with what must be the best "dog walk" areas in the country! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a restful holiday, and of course it is an angler's dream with 3 lakes on your lodge/cottage doorsteps.
